I feel so truly fortunate to have Dr. Thomas Trumble as my surgeon. Dr Trumble and his staff set a new standard of treatment in addressing the multifaceted complexities that come with so many different intricate types of hand and arm surgery. Dr Trumble’s pioneering techniques have provided precious hope to so many patients like myself. I am an artist that depends on the use and dexterity of my hands not just my lively hood, but my lifelong passion. He used his exemplary skills and knowledge mixed with no nonsense tough love to guide Ime through a very tough surgery and healing process. (trust me... I am not an easy patient) There is an energy and confidence that is in the room created by experience and expertise in his craft. I saw Dr. Trumble after I had hand surgery by another surgeon. I was injured on the job, and my hand was not healing as expected. Dr. Trumble was very thorough in his examination and projected treatment to get me on the right path to healing. Although I will never be able to return to my profession, I know that Dr. Trumble will return my hand to a level where I will be able to accomplish simple tasks without pain or restriction. When he gives cortisone shots to alleviate pain, he does so with the guidance of an x-ray to ensure that the needle and cortisone arrives at the designated location for optimum benefit. Although it is too early to have another surgery, I know that when the time comes, I am in great hands with Thomas Trumble. I highly recommend him and his staff. Consummate professionals!

He is a caring, dedicated professional with a team of assistants that work together seamlessly to execute medical care. Dr. Trumble has operated on me multiple times for varying conditions. I have a fair amount of medical fluency and can say that Dr. Trumble is an exceptionally knowledgeable, exacting surgeon, who loves his work and constantly seeks a better way to do things. If you need a surgeon, particularly a hand/wrist surgeon where skill is borne of a combination of experience and competence, then Dr. Trumble is what you want.

Dr. Trumble literally gave me back my hands! Both of my wrists were in terrible pain 24-7 due to bad arthritis and carpal tunnel. I had surgery on each wrist 6 months apart in 2016. Going on 3 yrs. later, I am no longer in pain all the time, and can do most anything again. His professionalism, bedside manner, knowledge, skills, sense of humor, and a great staff, earned my 5 stars in every category! I'd like to end with a very heart felt thanks to the good Dr. (Miracle Worker) and a shout out to Allen & Clyde (and everyone else there who's names escape me at the moment)

He suggested surgery right away and did not pursue conservative treatment first. He sent me back to work with no restrictions or splints and I was in so much pain in a week I had to go back when I was told "I don't think he realized you were L&I". Very disappointing. Condescending and too busy to listen usual characteristics of a good surgeon.

Over the past year, Dr Thomas Trumble has operated on both of my elbows (torn tendons) and on my left hand (trigger finger). Dr Trumble has been recognized over the years as one of the top hand surgeons in the Seattle area and deservedly so. From my first visit, it was obvious to me that I was placing my care in the hands of a very skilled and compassionate doctor. A shout out to Dr Trumble's staff, 5 stars for them and the physical therapists.

Dr. Trumble litterally wrote the book on hand surgery. He really knows his stuff and can explain what is happening in terms that I could understand. I have had both wrists worked on and he is not only an award winning doctor (Best Docs)but a really great guy.

Surgery on my hand was flawless and he and his staff got me in to see him right away on an emergency basis when needed. He and his staff were great!
