Dr. Thomas R Van Gorder, MD

Have seen him multiple times and he refuses to listen to me. Tells me he won't do surgery and just does shots in both knees. The shots last less than a month, and insurance only pays form them twice a year. In the mean time I can not be on my feet more than a hour without both knees swelling up like a cantoloupe. No treatment for pain, no treatment other than the shots. Meanwhile more damage is done to my knees everyday.

Dr Van Gorder is exceptional both in his clinical work and his bedside manner -especially with a teenage athlete, not an easy feat.

He has preformed several surgeries on my body parts and once again, I have been very happy with the results. Dr. VanGorder is a "tell it like it is" doctor, which is unusual these days.
