We are very thankful to Dr Vaughn and TFC for helping us meet our baby. Dr Vaughn was professional, chose the best approach to work with our plan, caring and compassionate. The entire staff at TFC was friendly. We are very pleased with overall experience and highly recommend Dr Vaughn.

After two early miscarriages, my wife and I were referred to Dr. Vaughn for infertility treatment by our OB doctor. And now we consider ourselves super lucky. He always patiently listened to our concerns and took time answering our questions. He was very comprehensive in collecting different lab and exam results before recommending the best care. We went through a very successful IVF cycle and are now expecting our baby boy pretty soon. Dr. Vaughn brings in excellent medical knowledge as well as great emotional support during the tough moments. We really appreciated the fact that he did all the ultrasounds and other examinations himself.

I have been a patient of Dr Vaughn's for about 6-7 months. My husband and I could not have asked for better care. What dr excuses his nurses and does the ultrasounds himself? Dr Vaughn always made us feel extremely comfortable and kept things lighthearted with his jokes when going through something so heavy (also, when appropriate). When we were at a crossroads of whether to stick with IUI for the 4th time or jump into IVF, he was extremely honest with the chances and outcome, which was so appreciated. I will say that you have to ask questions if you are wanting to know something. When we asked what we were needing answers to, the answers were honest, professional, and full of the information that we needed. I cannot give his nurses, Meghan & Ashley, enough accolades. They were always there if we needed them. Their response rate was extremely quick. Ashley also recently called me after hours when I emailed her panicking about something. (At this point, I was even released to my OB but… felt so comfortable with her, I called her first). When we did get released to the OB (1st IVF was successful!!), it was a bittersweet moment for us. I would recommend ANYONE to TFC!

We visited TFC due to recurrent miscarriages and advanced maternal age. Dr. Vaughn provided a breakdown of treatment options, associated success rates & pricing that provided clarity and helped us choose our path moving forward. We elected to pursue donor eggs and were pleased with the staff dedicated to that program as well as the financial consultant. They provided quick response to our many questions and we never experienced any wait time for appointments. During the initial steps of the donor egg process, we discovered we were pregnant with our own eggs. We received hearty congratulations and great care from Dr. Vaughn and his nursing staff until it was time to be released to our normal OB. I would not hesitate to recommend TFC. I was a liitle worried about seeing a male doctor at first but Dr. Vaughn made me feel completely comfortable. It was not awkward at all. He was very kind and encouraging.

My husband and I needed to go through fertility treatment to become pregnant, I couldn't have asked for a better experience than we had with TFC. Everyone, from Dr. Vaughn to the staff were patient, helpful, and informative. I never felt rushed through an appointment, and everyone we dealt with took special care to be certain we understood the process we were going through. Answers to questions were always prompt and I always felt that someone was available to contact if I had a question or an issue. Also, the majority of my appointments were quick and I was generally seen right on time. When you have to go in so often to the doctor this becomes especially important! No one really enjoys going through fertility treatment, but TFC made the whole experience so much better.

Dr. Thomas C. Vaughn at the Texas Fertility Center is an extremely caring, competent, and compassionate reproductive endocrinologist. My husband and I attempted to work with other reproductive endocrinologists in our journey to start a family, but Dr. Vaughn was the first to identify that I needed a surgical procedure to correct a congenital deformity of my uterus. I dont think it was a coincidence that our first attempt to conceive after that surgery was successful. Sadly, though, that pregnancy self-terminated. Even though our first miscarriage was a devastating loss, Dr. Vaughn shared with us that it was actually a positive sign that we were able to actually conceive even though the baby didnt make it. He was patient and professional as we asked a number of questions about what went wrong, and he thoughtfully guided us on what he felt were the most logical next steps to take at that point in time. Sure enough, by following his suggestions and guidance we conceived again, but again… lost that pregnancy. Dr. Vaughn was there for us again to knowledgeably and professionally answer even more questions and to discuss how he thought we should move forward.We were extremely blessed to conceive a third time with Dr. Vaughns help, and we are beyond thrilled to be the parents to twin baby boys. We have no doubt that it was Dr. Vaughns expertise -- along with many heartfelt prayers -- that helped us realize our dream of having a family. Dr. Vaughn always made us feel at ease and we always had a feeling that he just knew what the next right step would be. Without reservation I recommend Dr. Vaughn to anyone looking for assistance in starting their family.

I absolutely loved Dr. Vaughn and his staff. They all had a great bedside manner and were always prompt in getting back to me. Dr. Vaughn and his staff patiently walked me through some tough times and some pretty dumb questions. I always felt like I was in expert hands and getting the best medical care possible!

I literally had him walk into the office on occasion and not know if I'd had an IUI before...and it was my 3rd one in a row! He'd ask me for my meds dosage vs. looking it up in the chart. I just felt like I might as well have been doing my own medicine. Not the experience I wanted to have. It felt like the goal was to get as many patients in and out as possible.

I walked in at the age of 44 and 6 failed IUI. Dr.Vaughn sat us down and gave us our odds of getting pregnant. It was hard to hear, but we needed to know. Once we made our choice he was behind us 100%. Stared on the injections, only making 1 egg a month on my own and still only had 1 egg. Did 2 IUI with no luck. Next month changed up the meds and had 5 eggs, and that was enough. Only 2 fertilize and was put back in. One took, and we are now 32 weeks with our son. Dr.Vaughn and his staff help made our dreams come true, and they are the ones you want in your corner. Dr. Vaughn is the best!
