Horrible horrible horrible !!! my experience does not mean it will be your experience . My appointment was for him to give me my MRI results. He did tests by me moving my shoulders. I’m assuming they were range of motion tests. he’s spitting out numbers during my motions , didn’t explain anything of what the numbers actually meant . He asked what I did at work , I told him . He asked me if I’ve ever had a steroid shot in that shoulder I told him no . He ordered one . Noticing he was about to walk out the door I said so what did my MRI say and his response totaled six words . “ wear & tear “ (he said it twice ) that’s it no explanation of anything . In 5 min I was gone feeling used & abused considering how much that visit is going to cost me . It must be good to be him . How he can sleep at night is beyond me . VEEERRRY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER

I have known Dr. Vongillern for at least 30 years. Always very professsional. He replaced my shoulder one year ago and I’m doing great. If I could do six stars I would!! Answered all my questions! I would very highly recommend Dr. Vongillern!!!

Very happy with Dr Vongillern. Had very good results with surgery and recovery. He takes his time with questions and explanations. Would use him again.

The nursing staff was wonderful! Answered all my questions, and made sure I had what I needed. Dr. VonGillern was great too. Explained what was going to be done and the length of time it would take to heal with therapy. Very satisfied and highly recommend

Dr VonGillern is a amazing Dr. He has done 4 surgeries on my hands and it has healed perfectly ahead of expected time. I’m always so happy to see him because he has taken away all the pain in my hands. I highly recommend Dr. VonGillern for any painful hands. I would rate him Best in Quad Cities for sure!
