Dr. Thomas George Westner, MD

I was transported to ER after a car accident. Broken bones and trauma and in a great deal of pain. Admitted to hospital. Dr. Westner came into ER before I was in a room and did not even examine me. He simply said, this is No Fault so probably wont get paid. My husband asked him to repeat it, because we couldn't believe a doctor would be so callous, and he repeated it again. He said I needed to control my pain by taking a pill (broken sternumn!) this was after emergency room staff tried everything and is why they deemed it necessary to admit me. I was crushed, not only by the accident, but by his horrid bedside matter. I requested he not be my attending doctor during my hospital stay, and my wishes were followed. Everyone else, including the wonderful nursing staff was kind and caring.
