He seems like a good doctor. However the staff failed to submit proper information to insurance, so the procedure was denied pending additional information. The office staff never called. When I called they refused to answer questions stating the procedure was denied. After calls to my agent and insurer I found out they simply needed to provide additional information and recode the procedure (I was given the correct coding by insurer) to have it approved. After multiple unreturned phone calls, I finally reached the office staff. No one returned my calls; I called repeatedly for days until I lucked up and they answered. They insisted I schedule another appointment to provide the additional information. The day before that appointment they called and canceled, refusing to gather additional information, resubmit my procedure for approval or reschedule. The staff who called also refused to let me speak to the person in charge of insurance approvals. She basically called to be hateful and… cancel my appointment so that I was not allowed to provide additional info to insurer and ultimately have surgery.
