Dont waste your time here unless you want issues and mistakes happening with EVERYTHING. His staff is the most disrespectful people I've ever dealt with in a professional setting. Save your patience and go to a real doctors office, qith real staff. Not ghetto women who will yell and hang up on you becthey can't handle issues.

Was a patient of his for 12 years. Thought he was ok, then he dropped the ball on quite a few things. Doesn't know how to permanently remove chronically ingrown toenail s, how to treat trigger finger and what to do about a disease that caused a tumor. He was rude and refused to send me to another doctor, telling me there was no problem or tumor. I eventually saw another doctor who removed the tumor that he said i didn't have. Plus, had a tetanus booster which I had to pay for upfront, even though my insurance would pay for it. He said he had never been paid for immunizations by any insurance companies and would refund my money if they did pay. The insurance paid 100% and he refused to refund my money.

Been going to Dr Winston for years he is very kind and compassionate and spends quality time & listens to your concerns

Takes time to listen to you. Very caring and compassionate. Office staff very efficient and friendly.

I love Doctor Winston, he takes time with each patient, he is so kind--really cares, and will give you healthy alternatives to prescription medication. His staff is courteous, but I have had a few times when the ball was dropped because of the staff. My prescriptions needed doctor approval and was faxed by the pharmacy to their office three times. I finally called the office and was told that Dr. Winston needed to see me before the prescriptions could be refilled. No staff member took the time to call me so an appointment could be scheduled.

Very nice guy, however it seems he's always kind of in a hurry. Had a few things I wanted to talk about from the previous visit and he told me " we will cross that bridge another date". I felt that was unacceptable. I pay for that time and felt like he needed to listen to me. Ladies up front are just plain R U D E and complain to each other about what someone wanted or how many time they call etc.

Excellant doctor, first doctor I have ever had that I can talk to and he listens. I'll never change doctors again, he is great!

Have been a patient for over ten years, Dr Winston moved to a new office since the last time ive seen him. Receptionist wanted to charge me a three hundred dollar new patient fee before i could see my my favorite Doctor. I guess I have to find another doctor now.

Dr. Winston is the best doctor that you can find in Amarillo.

This dr is excellent! Great bedside manner and truly cares about the patient. He tries to do this naturally if he can and doesn't prescribe meds over minor things. The only complaint I have is that some times his staff can be rude. His main nurse is wonderful but if you call and get a girl names Sunday be prepared because you never know what kind of mood she's going to be in.
