Dr. Thomas A Yonchak

After a referral from my dentist, I scheduled an appointment here that was approx. 3 weeks out. I was already in disbelief, in the middle of my Root Canal, I needed a specialist to review me in order to complete it. The procedure at the specialist was suppose to be simple at an estimated 20 min. visit plus paperwork. I was called two days prior to my appointment asking if I could switch times. I was told I was double booked with another prior patient that could be difficult and my wait time could be extreme. I asked questions about the other time the rep. wanted to give me because what she was saying didn't make alot of sense. She also offered a different appointment a week away after I waited 3 weeks for this one. I expressed that I just opened a new business and was leaving my old career so my insurance wouldn't be available much longer so i'd like to keep my appointment on the same day if possible. She then said the wait would be like 30 mins. if I kept my appt., I said, oh that's… fine ( she made it seem like hours earlier when she called) but for some reason she put me on hold, came back and said that the dr. was listening to the whole conversation and that she was taking me OFF the schedule. I shouldn't have remained calm with her but I did. I asked her what would make her do that, she said, I was being too complicated with my questions. WOWWWW, this was so uncalled for. Very upsetting, she was soo rude, unprofessional and unclear. I would never reccomend this office.
