wait time is far longer than Vitals claims

I was extremely disappointed in the level of care provided at this facility. As another healthcare professional, I have high expectations for how all patients should be treated when they step into any treatment room because there aren’t many people who come to a doctor’s office with nothing wrong. These expectations were not met. Maybe it was the lack of affect, empathy, warmth and interpersonal skills from most of the staff. It could have been the 55-minute wait or the fact that the first thing the doctor said to me after ignoring me for three minutes when she finally came into the room was, “How can I help you?” (with no smile and no introduction despite it being my first visit). I can say I appreciate the speed of setting up my appointment by the front desk staff as well as the MD calling two other medical professionals regarding additional testing in the future. This place has potential to be so much greater and I hope that they can get some training on treating every person who… walks into their door like a family member.

Dr Thressiamma is a doctor that don't listen to her patients. She would listen to your job telling you to go back to work instant of treating you for your condition. You wait a long time for service and she just do care about her customers.

I have seen her for over 15 yrs. SHe sees er patients with concern- will continue to treat patient step by step.NOt good in following up, but i do trust her when it comes to seeing her with my concerns.She is not just a doctor but like one's friend.

The facilities were clean, and beautiful...and NOT dreary or smellylike other places. The staff was friendly and courteous at all times.
