Tristan W. Hamilton, D.D.S., M.Arch.
Tristan didn't always envision himself as a dentist, which is probably why it took him a little longer to get there than most dentists. As a child he would walk around his parent's house in Poolesville, MD redesigning room after room until it was apparent this was his future. Tristan followed that intuition to AndrewÕs University where he studied at the Division of Architecture and received his Masters of Architecture in 2001. Practicing for a few years in Washington, D.C. for a high level design firm Tristan followed his heart to the mission field, building a church in Cinco Ventanas, Costa Rica, then on to Kafue, Zambia as a medical missionary where he would treat close to a hundred women and children. This latter mission opened his eyes to a calling in dentistry as there was such a dire need and no adequate help. Following Africa, Tristan visited many more countries serving the underserved in Vera Cruz, Mexico, the Cayo region of Belize, and …Daejon, South Korea to name a few. Tristan graduated from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in Southern California which shared his commitment for mission service and compassion in the dental field. The desire of his heart is to combine the soothing esthetics of his office with the gentle nature of his care in alleviating his clients fear of visiting the dentist.
