Dr. Thu Mindy Ly

Am a complex patient that needed a good medical care coordinator between all my specialists. Dr. Ly looks at me in totality and manages my meds and routine labs and immunizations. Thank goodness she can keep up with these because it’s getting harder for me. Staff is super sweet.

So I called seeking treatment for ingrown toenail. I got the appointment easily, Dr. Ly gave me a prescription knowing I've had the thing for 2 years. The pills did nothing but I had a follow-up appointment 2 weeks out so to my surprise (she was mostly concerned with my bp meds that I have been on for years) she refers me to a specialist??? What GENERAL MD is not capable of fixing this? I paid $60 in co-pays over 3 weeks all to be referred somewhere else for a minor problem. I even explained that I didn't seek treatment previously due to costs. This office could care less about patients, they are not upfront about treatments or treatment options and ONLY want to make money. Absolutely ridiculous! Dont waste your time or money here cause they will take just it and refer you somewhere else to get a solution, even for minor problems. What a joke!

Dr. Ly is one of the best doctors I've had. Over the years, my doctors have practiced at highly respected hospitals. Dr. Ly is in their class. I consider myself lucky to have found her.
