Dr. Chau & her office staff are wonderful & amazing! She listens and shows true concern for my most beings. My girls feel comfortable with talking to her and they never forget to leave without a goody in the surprise bucket. Thank you Dr. Chau for your continued dedication for 4 years now.

Dr Chau is fabulous. The front desk staff at the State Road 54 location of Health Point Medical Group are fantastic. I recently had a very pleasant experience where one of the receptionists went above and beyond for me to get a prescription for my son. I appreciate how helpful she was.

The previous review is a mirror of my experience. Dr. Chau was simply assigned to make the hospital visits when my son was born, 15 years ago. We love her bedside manners, her knowledge, willingness to help and listen, answer questions, have called me back whenever we call her for questions or advice. She even takes the time to recommend care, medication or specialists according to my insurance. Which I can't say for my personal physician or other doctors I've seen. We also follow her as far north as she goes. But hope Lutz is it. =)

I stumbled on Dr Chau when my first daughter was born. Since then we have moved, and so has she. There is no distance though, that I would not travel for my children to continue to recieve her care, and now that distance is over 1 hour. She has a big practice, and lots of pateints, but when my kids walk in, it is as if they are the only people she has to see. That is worth it to me!
