Extremely unprofessional. Had a telehealth appointment follow up and she kept asking me why I had this appointment. As if my entire medical record, notes, history, results etc is not right in front of her. I said the last telehealth appointment I had they schedule a follow up I’m not sure who don’t you have the record? Her response was yeah but I would have to go look individually. And she kept referring to my most recent appointments despite me saying no my last telehealth appointment is who schedule this. She goes quiets for about 20 seconds and says okay I’m going to void this appointment since it’s not needed. If it was for a certain conditions than I should of been Told to get any blood work or whatever else was needed prior to my appointment. Also she was over 40 months late for a telehealth appointment. Don’t recommend and suggest more time and training be done both just in medicine but with patient care, customer service and attitude /common sense course.
