Dr. Tien My Truong, DO

This place has all the people with the worst attitudes and horrible manners put together in one place. Literally the rudest facility i have ever been to. If you ask them to do anything within the scope of further explaining or elaborating anything, for example lab results, they go into a fit and get extremely defensive and have HORRIBLE attitudes. They lack an important element of someone who is in the health care field and that is HAVING EMOTIONS AND RESPECT AND MANNERS. They are very technical with their work, get patient, draw blood, let patient leave. If you dare to ask any questions in between they will go mad. I had a titer and i wanted more explanation on the results and they went crazy on me and how dare i ask questions and not just shutup and walk out the door. And worst of all, my PCP dr tien truong was the rudest of them all!!! She has the worst attitude i have ever seen in my life. If i were to explain every encounter i would be able to write a book about this ill mannered… facility and the horrible people working in it!!!! I hate this place with a passion and i am never going back again in my life. Screw that. And by the way i have been with them for 2 years! So this is out of alot of experiences and situations.

Dr. Truong LISTENS to you. She asks questions, and doesn't jump to the first or most obvious or easiest conclusion. She's very intuitive. I think she is pretty amazing, actually!

Doesn't listen to patient. Too quick to prescribe excessive tests and medications without practicing a holistic approach like it says in the office guidelines for the practice.

Dr Truong is a great physician. Always courteous, professional and attentive to my medical needs.

I was new to the area and visited Dr. Truong as she had many good reviews. I have had multiple negative visits this past spring (2015). She unfortunately had a very condescending manner particularly when I asked her questions about vaccinations/treatments. I needed my ten year tetanus booster shot and was given the general information sheet for Td (Tetanus Diphtheria). However, when the nurse arrived she said that she was giving me the Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria and Pertussis). I then asked to see the Tdap info sheet. After reading it, it became apparent that Tdap, while appropriate in many cases, was not in mine, particularly if you have already had a pertussis vaccine in the past. To make a very long story short I felt discounted b/c I don't have a M.D. (but I am able to read the CDC's information sheet and understand basic info her office has distributed!) I am not an anti-vax person, but was treated as if I thought vaccines were terrible. It was a very uncomfortable,… somewhat confrontational visit. I unfortunately had to return for another appointment which also turned out negatively (another day, another story). I would not recommend Dr. Truong, and I will not visit her again.

This Doctor has an attitude problem that turns on and off like a light switch in seconds. This Doctor is rude, gives looks as if she wants to fight, and had the nervous to call me obese because I am not a size 1 like her. Instead of her reading the emergency Doctor paperwork she asking me questions about the results of the diagnoses. They have Saturdayâ??s hour that was not disclosed to me. If they had listening skills they would have known I did not want to miss work on a work day. My issue was important enough for a Saturday appointment instead. This Doctor does not care about your health but more about the money. In order to postdate co-payment one or more days they charge an additional $10.00. Therefore, if you don't have the money on the day of your appointment and you donâ??t want to pay the additional $10.00 then they will not see you day of appointment nor any day. I will not be seeing this Doctor anymore. I do not and will not recommend this Doctor nor this family practice to… anyone.

Im new in the area and was very worried about looking for a new primary doctor. Im glad I found Dr. Truong as she has made me feel comfortable since the first time we met. Very professional and caring.

Doctor didn't seem like she cared and was very disrespectful to me. I've had a lifelong battle with my weight and she immediately assumed that I had never bothered to try to eat healthier or exercise. She treated me like I was just careless and lazy without ever asking me about my attempts at weightloss. I left in tears.

Been a patient for years. Still very happy with the time and attention she provides. Never feel rushed or misdiagnosed.
