I am Tierra and I am a licensed clinician in Georgia with nearly 3 years of therapeutic experience and
nearly 10 years of experience in working with youth and young adults. I am passionate about
working with individuals who experience stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, depression and difficulty
setting boundaries. I also take pride in working with individuals are “strong” but are also exhausted
from the pressures of meeting the needs and demands that they set for themselves or requested from those around them.
I believe in a wholistic approach and a partnership that is grounded in respect, sensitivity and
compassion. I use a warm, motivational approach in my sessions which will also include CBT and
problem solving therapies. I will challenge you, but you will always feel supported and emotionally
safe throughout our journey …together. Together we can evaluate what you really want and take steps
to make you feel happy, healthy and fulfilled.
