Abuse of power and medical abandonment. Rob, Dr. Ryans husband works as a receptionist. he couldn’t pull up the info she asked for or do the math for my bill correctly. Micelle the tech kept trying to replace missing attachments, 5 in one week. I was set to come back in for a third time to have another one fixed, when my appointment was canceled by Rob. He said he wanted to wait and see how things go and then he Fired me as a patient when I was dealing with complications. He screamed at me on the phone when I tried to insist on being treated and then only offered me half of my payment back after promising me a full refund. I had to contact Invisalign and get a refund from them. He was then forced by Invisalign to give me my money back. I signed a false contract in which he blames my release on being in pain from the aligners. This never happened and is a lie to cover up his power-hungry abuse. Tifany Ryan never contacted me after all this and is clearly being controlled by her husbands… bad choices.
