Dr. Tiffanie Crisi

1 star too many. Dr. Tiffanie Crisi clearly doesn’t feel a patient needs to understand their eye health and completely dismisses any patient questions. I just had my 1st eye exam where a technician in the room did all of the testing and then Dr. Tiffanie Crisi was on a screen for maybe a few minutes. She said simply that I need progressives and started to verbally initiate ending the call. I had to interject before she disconnected to ask what the tests showed and what is the actual prescription she’s ordering. She actually told me that she doesn’t need to get into that with me. She said all I need to know is that I need progressives and can take my glasses on and off as needed. I was floored. I don’t need to know the condition of my eyes? She truly feels I only need to know her recommended solution? How am I supposed to make an informed decision on how I move forward if she doesn’t explain the findings to me? I’m still baffled at her obvious arrogance and disrespect for patient care.
