Dr. Tiffanny Patrice Chevalier, MD

Dr. Chevalier has been my son, Blake Scott's doctor since the day he was born. We absolutely love her and the staff! They are always ecelklent, sweet, informative, and very welcoming. I hate that my son is getting older because he does not want to stop seeing Dr. Chevalier. Blake is now 10 years old. We love her!!!!

Dr. Chevalier is a great doctor and has been with my kids since 2006. However, I CANNOT say the same about her staff, especially her head nurse. I have had NUMEROUS problems with her condescending tone, excuses to not answer my questions or requests, and her overall unpleasant attitude. She is not good with my kids and she definitely does not have patience in dealing with parents. She doesn't listen to concerns about my children's health and she is quick to make you feel as if you have no clue what you are talking about or that she does NOT have time to deal with you. I have even been told by her that she "doesn't have time" to answer simple questions over the phone, yet if there is a problem with your child, she is the only one who can answer your questions or concerns. She is very unprofessional and causes me a great deal of stress when having to visit that office. Added stress is not something you should have to deal with when you already feel that your child is ill and needs to… see their pediatrician.
