Dr. Tiffany B. Genewick, MD, PC

I’ve been a patient for years. I’ve never had a issue before. That all changed at my last visit. I had a very painful exam & attempted failed procedure. I was in so much pain I was shaking. The dr did stop the procedure. We then discussed a plan for the failed procedure. I left in pain. This was all on a Friday. Monday her receptionist called for more info for paperwork. I told her I was having reservations about the procedure because I was still in pain from Friday & I asked to have the Dr call me back. The receptionist said “ I don’t think she’ll be happy about that” I took that to mean she’d be concerned about my pain. Monday no phone call back. Tuesday no phone call back. Wednesday I received a letter in the mail dropping me as a patient. On Monday when I spoke to her receptionist I was still a patient. I find it absolutely disturbing that she’s more concerned with her surgery schedule then her patients health.

Dr & staff are very nice & you feel comfortable there.

I have been going to Dr. Genewick since 2013. She is friendly, ontime, listens and I highly recommend her! In addition , her staff is very good also!

Tiffany genewick is awful. I had a horrendous experience with her as my gynecologist. She is condescending, rude, and rolled her eyes at me when I asked her questions about my condition. Her staff is a mess too, her medical assistant gave me wrong information about my test results over the phone (on speakerphone, my mom and boyfriend can both corroborate what was said) and Tiffany accused both me and my mother of lying when we told her (in my appointment) what the assistant had said on the phone. I got up, put my pants on, and walked out without getting the information I needed about my test results. That woman will never touch me again.

I had a 5 star experience from my 1st phone call all the way through the office visit. Dr Genewick's staff is pleasant to deal with as well as very competent! They make you feel at ease from your first intteraction. Dr Genewick herself is very kind, gentle and thorough. SHe explains everything sou you understand it. I am so happy i found her!

Dr. Genewick is always very helpful with any questions or concerns that I have. Gives me as much time as I need.

Went to her for about 5 years and finally got fed up with her lack of interest. A few years ago I moved on to a different Ob/Gyn who I am very happy with and have never looked back.

Have been a patient for over 10 years. Over time she has become more rude and disrespectful. Has lost her professional bedside manners. Had an appointment and walked into her office 4 minutes past appointment time. She made me wait 45 minutes and then proceeded to chew me out for being 4 minutes late to appointment. Office hours are unaccomodating and then to have to wait 45 minutes for a 10 minute appointment.. Will not be continuing with her as a patient. Don't need to be treated rudely and have my time be regarded as unimportant. Plenty of other good doctors in wny.

Dr. G was the first GYN I went to when I was 18. For a first timer, she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I would recommend her to anyone! The only thing Im upset about is she retired as an obstetrician, and she would be the ONLY Dr. I would want delievering my children! Also, Lisa who is her receptionist is also VERY caring, friendly and professional!

Ever since I met Dr. Genewick,I loved her. She is the best Gyn I've ever had! She took her time with me, and showed great compassion for what I was going through, treated me like family. Not only am I comfortable and happy with her, her secretary Lisa is also nice,friendly and compassionate. I would recommend Dr. Genewick to everyone!
