Dr. Tiffany Joanne Patton, MD

Dr. Patton is extremely thorough. Takes the time to answer any questions you may have. Definitely going to miss her when my child ages out of her care. It can take some time for staff to get back to you, but I think it's mostly because the channels the hospital makes you go through.

Terrible follow up. I have to call multiple times to get medical questions answered. Either I have to call multiple times, the office doesn't call back at all or it takes over a week for them to call back. It's hard enough to parent a chronically ill child. This doctor offers no support and makes the situation even more stressful. I have dealt with other doctors at University of Chicago and have been very happy with their treatment.

I went there with my 5 year old son. and she kept telling me that my son had exactly what her research study is about and....what a coincidence. after a bunch of blood work she didnt call to follow up. if you are looking for a pediatric gastroenterologist she is not the one.
