Dr. Tiffany Michelle Pierce, MD

This doctor refused to provide my wife care of relief (something 8 other urgent Care doctors provided in the past with no issues). My wife is being seen by a GI specialist and this doctor advised my wife to do contradictory of his instructions. She verbally attacked my wife, insinuating she was there only for pain. She also refused to give care for my wife having extremely high blood pressure, and she incorrectly informed her that iv fluids make blood pressure worse and that Pepcid won't help with her stomach burning. 8 previous doctors including a specialist understood proper care for her relief was IV fluids, pepcid, zofran, and pain meds, until the GI specialist could determine a plan of action. This doctor declared that care inappropriate, so she is right and the rest are all wrong. In the end we wasted copay and had to seek help at the ER where they all shook their head at the story of Dr. Tiffany Pierce.

Very condescending. Came in with a complaint of back pain from a previous injury. Didn’t even ask for pain meds just physical therapy and time off from work (using my own time not disability) she said “No, what for?” I explained to her that I work in a hospital & do a lot of heavy lifting due to our patients being total care & she said “You’ll be fine” requested another physician & got the time off no problem & my issue resolved. Poor bedside manner. No compassion for her patients.

This is the first time I’ve ever given a bad review, let alone wrote one. She needs to really work on her bedside manner, be emphatic or at the very least - attempt to show that she likes her profession. She’s one of the reason KP gets a bad rep...

I have been to Kaiser Urgent Care a few times in the past year and I have never expierenced a Doctor like Dr. Pierce! I saw her about a month ago due to being in severe pain and she instantly came in the room to help. She jumped right in to get my pain level down. The care I received that night was more than I could have hoped for, she even followed up with me to make sure I was doing okay in the following days after my visit. I saw her again last night and she again went above and beyond to help in so many ways. She makes you feel comfortable and like it's okay to be honest and open without feeling judged. She doesn't rush and takes the time to actually listen and put herself in your shoes to try and understand, which is hard to find in healthcare now days. She explains things fully and in ways you can understand. I left there feeling like all of my concerns had been addressed and taken care of. She is by far not just the best Doctor at Kaiser, but in general! I will forever be… grateful for the care she has provided for me!

This doctor is horrible she's now with kaiser took my son for possible sinus infection due to headache body aches nose bleeds and sinus pressure! I requested an x-ray to rule out due to my son history of it before she stated no and I requested for an excuse ohave him from school next day she stated why he can't go to school I was disbelief like my son's sick ..she seemed in a hurry to see other patients! I have never doubt with a doctor like this ever all other doctors throw kaiser always been helpful but her presence was so strong even made my son uncomfortable and he cried cause she did not help! I'm most definitely contacting meme services in the morning!

1st time visiting kaiser in southern California rather than Northern California. She was judgmental she never came back to the room had the nurse come back after 30 min after she said she be back. Not to mention she never called with my test results or to follow up on my symptoms. The 1st time I have EVER SEEN a doctor pull out her CELLPHONE while I was talking to her about my concerns.

Dr' Pierce spent a total of 5 minutes when I went in for urgent care. She did not care about my concerns or condition. She was more interested in getting in and out then treating me.

I've seen Dr Pierce twice at Kaiser Urgent Care. Both times I came in for severe pain. Dr Pierce provided the necessary means to get the pain down to an acceptable level. She shows care and empathy to make you feel at ease, and does her best to take care of the problem. Dr Pierce has a great career ahead of her.
