Dr. Tiffany A Powell, MD

Dr. Powell did not follow up on the treatment plan she developed with me to manage my health. Dr. Powell indicated that she would contact me to review labs and left for vacation without doing so and then didn't complete a prior authorization for a medication that she prescribed. I called the office several times to request the results of my labwork and to request the prior authorization be completed. My lab results were read by a nurse one week later with no follow up offered. I called the office multiple times for 6 weeks to request the prior authorization be completed. I then scheduled a second appt. with Dr. Powell but the PA was not completed for the prescribed medication and a chronic medical condition was still out of control. I called the office for assistance and Dr. Powell called in another medication in an attempt to manage my chronic medical condition without consulting with me or to check if I was experiencing an adverse reaction to the prescribed medications.
