I have experience working in Community Mental Health, Outpatient, Crisis Mental Health, Disaster Mental Health, and School-Based Mental Health and Private Practice settings. I am passionate about working with people of all ages and backgrounds and believe that though we may be the expert on our own life, having another empathetic person to talk things through with can help an individual reach their goals and aspirations. Some of my areas of expertise include trauma, anxiety, depression, adjustment, identity, self-esteem, grief & loss, stress management, and coping skills. While I approach therapy from a trauma informed, client-centered, humanistic, and emotionally focused perspective, I believe that therapy is most helpful when it is a collaborative process between member and clinician.
