Dr. Tiffany Ann Scarff, MD

I went to the dr with my son today because we are not sure if he is supposed to be driving yet. We had waited 4 months for the appointment and when we arrived at the office, my son saw the dr talking to someone. Anyway he was told to have a seat. Waited 45 minutes and finally went up and asked how much longer it would be. He was then told the dr was NOT in and that he would see some nurse practitioner in another office. He had seen the dr so she was there when we arrived. During all this time no one ever bothered to tell him that she had left. We went across the hall and finally got to see this nurse practitioner who told him the opposite of what the dr had already told him at an earlier visit...like he could climb anywhere that he wanted to and do whatever he felt like doing. Climbing is really important in his job and Tiffani had told him earlier that it could be dangerous. He needed to know what she thought today so that he could let his employer know for sure what he can do.… The nurse practitioner he saw told him that he would be taking the medicine prescribed for years when Tiffani had said he would only take it a year. Now we don’t know what to expect or what is safe to do. We are very unhappy with this visit and not sure what he needs to tell his employer.
