Dr. Tiffany Yanrin Sheh, MD

Dr Sheh became my preferred primary care physician one year after I moved to Los Angeles in 1988. (She was on staff at the Motion Picture Health Toluca Lake Clinic and I switched to her after realizing the physician who I’d begin seeing for my annual physicals was bored/burned out.) I saw Dr. Sheh for YEARS because she was kind and never rushed patients through appointments (which meant you often had to WAIT for her even though you had an appointment.) She was also willing to help you get insurance to cover procedures you needed, which was HUGE. So I even followed her all the way to Simi Valley when she moved to a new Motion Picture Health Center that opened up there even though she was no longer in network so I had to pay more. Then because I (and many other patients like me) petitioned MPI to include her in their network they finally DID! And suddenly seeing her for my covered annual physical became possible again and so I began driving all the way to Simi Valley once a year… to have her do my annual exams. Then I received a letter from Dr. Sheh saying, “Good news! I’m moving to a health center in Encino that’s a lot closer to many of my former patients! P.S. Do check with your insurance company to see how much they will cover at this new location.” I called insurance and found out Dr. Sheh is now totally OUT of network now so they cover NOTHING nor can she refer patients to in network providers. This is HORRIBLE and the way Dr. Sheh presented this change to her former patients who LOVED her was very disingenuous. I wonder WHY she dropped out of network and why she presented this change to her patients so dishonestly. I expected more from her frankly.

I would never go to thisdictor again I went to her 1 time & she doesn't listen to what your saying & doesn't care about you as a patient she just cares about her own views & what she believes in, aweful exowrience

I've been seeing Dr. Sheh since she started at Toluca Lake Medical Center. She is wonderful and takes her time with you - no matter what the issue is. I have referred several of my friends to her, and they are all happy with their experience as well. I've occasionally had to see other doctors at the medical center when Dr. Sheh has not been available, but I would recommend Dr. Sheh as a first choice.

Dr. Sheh was my primary doctor for years. Unforunately my insurance plan has changed so I would have to pay out of pocket to see her, but she is well worth the money. Kind, understanding and just a lovely person. Oh, forgot to mention an excellent doctor who checks everything!

Dr. Sheh is a great doctor. Very caring and spends time with her patients. I recommend her whole heartedly. However, I believe because of her popularity, it can be hard to get an appointment : (
