Dr. Tiffany Uyentrang Tran

Just like all the other negative posts here this office has the worst customer service I've ever encountered the younger girl at the front desk does not belong working with patients,she's extremely rude I've never ever came across anyone like her in customer service ever.Just look at all the reviews from the different websites including Yelp the front office is the number one complaint.She never returns phone calls when she says she will and when you call she gives the worst most condescending answers in the rudest way.Does the Dr not care how the patients and their families are treated? As my elderly parents care taker we have lots of different Dr's and never have we been treated with such disrespect by a girl at the front desk.If you don't mind being treated poorly and disrespected this office is for you,and what bugs me is she refuses to give her name so you don't even know who you're dealing with.When asked I'm sorry who am I speaking with you get "who's this"? I will be speaking… with our insurance company and Providence about the front office here and I really wish the Dr would address her workers to treat patients with dignity and respect.

I never ever leave bad reviews…..Run fast from this office!! Extremely RUDE staff especially the one who schedules and reschedules appts. I had to reschedule my appt due to having a fever, they were extremely cold and ruthless, and hung up on me, very accusatory attitudes. They banned me from the office for no reason, refused to let me talk to the office mgr, stated she does not want me rescheduled and go to another doctor….R U KIDDING ME!!!!. Unfortunately, Due to having an insurance that doesn't except obgyn’s in my location that are women i was limited to choose a good one. I looked at their reviews and noticed majority “1 star” reviews with this office. I had no choice but to go with this office. Now I’m so glad that this happened (being banned) I found a 4.5 star woman obgyn in my area (4 mins away), with an amazing friendly staff as well and a very sweet office manager.. could not have asked for a better office. Just want to say THANK YOU “1” STAR … i am so grateful… that i found this new office. Take my WORD “STAY AWAY”.

Do yourself a great favor please please go to another Dr or just take her rudeness and unprofessional staff

Don’t go to dr Tiffany tran because she is the rudest dr I have ever had. Terrible The staff is not professional at all . Cheap office without advance equipment Terrible Dr ..... I go to someone else.

Dr. Tran rushed me through my initial well-woman visit. She didn't address my concerns. To make matters worse she sent me for an unnecessary test that was not covered by insurance.

Horrible Person/Horrible Doctor

I never write any kind of bad reviews. I personally have not met Tiffany Tran. But my experience here was EXTREMELY HORRIBLE. I MEAN HORRIBLE. I was judged, made fun of, and put down. Not only that but the staff does not care at all and did not take me seriously when I said I have been in pain for MONTHS. Also one of the receptionist is rude, mean, and DOESN'T KNOW what she is doing. You also can't understand a word she is saying. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!! I already told several people NEVER to come here. I went somewhere else and WOW made me realize that these people at this office really don't know what they are doing! Thank you next!!

While waiting for my very first appointment I heard the front desk fighting with a patient by phone. As well as they seemed bothered by my questions. Red flag. I let them know and they did not like to hear my feedback. The doctor actually refused service to me based upon this. I feel like I dodged a bad doctor/patient relationship. First impression are everything. If you want to deal with rude front desk staff.... go here ...
