Dr. Tihele Lee Walkowsky, MD

My daughter had her first visit with a GYN doctor. Being eighteen for just a few weeks, stepping into the adult world is exciting, scary and intimadating at the same time. As she seeks to embark on some independency as a young adult, she is upset and uncomfortable leaving this practice after her visit. The doctor encouraged behavior that is blantly against our faith in Jesus, as well as preceeded to encourage decietful behavior behind closed doors, stating "It's none of your mom's business, your 18", according to my daughter. I realize there are not specific "Christian doctors" in one building alone, but to disrespect my daughters opinion/faith by continuing to encourage dishonesty towards her mother is repulsive and unexcusable. What a first impression to make on such a young mind, now we have to decide how to deal with this, and possibly find another doctor. Very disappointed in an adult physician who carried herself in such a poor manner.
