Dr Tim Ratino has always been kind and helpful. Now I see one of the PAs and they are also kind and helpful. Occasionally, I’ve been told, they must “fire” any patient who abuses their prescriptions. Every single person that I interacted with either by phone or in person was thoughtful and kind. Every. Single. Person.

I can absolutely recommend Dr. Tim Ratino for any of your pain management needs. He is caring, knowledgeable, and his staff are very polite and helpful. I really can't say enough about how much they've helped me. The amount of pain relief and just overall quality of life, they help me maintain is more than I ever expected. So, if you're having serious pain issues, I would definitely contact Dr. Tim Ratino's office first.

This office is disgraceful. Staff is abusive, uneducated and I wouldn’t wish their behavior on my worst enemy. They don’t return call, they lie constantly. They file false insurance claims and when called out on it they pull them back. This is not medical care this is a money making operation plain And simple.

After Dr. Grant left the practice it has gone down hill quickly. The wait time is horrific. The phones never work. Calls are never returned. Staff is extremely rude. Dr. Tim Ratino was ok in the beginning but has gotten to the point where he just does not seem to care or listen. Just wants to write prescription and be done. Never exams you - never asks for current medication list - and if you get the PA she is even worse. Avoid this office they could care less about the patient. Its very sad.

I never saw the doctor. Staff was so bad, and that is usually indicative of the doctor. I called four times over four days to return a phone call, before I got a return call. They had an operator answering the phone, and I was on hold at least 30 minutes each time. I finally got an appointment only to be told I needed a referral from my PCP. Staff did not follow through with what they said they would do. Temperature was not taken for COVID and there was no social distancing in the waiting room. This place was totally disorganized. I would never go back.

How can a Pain Clinic have "phone problems" for over a month and the only communication is by leaving a message and be lucky if the office returns your call, meanwhile my wife is going into morphine withdrawal in 24 hours. There is no answering service either!!

When I first started seeing Dr. Tim Ratino he was a good doctor. In the past year, though, he and his staff have become very complacent in their care of patients. First they started using "guidelines" on how much medicine they would give. Then he would make up values for certain meds so that he could give you even less than "federal guidelines". Now it is impossible to reach anyone on the phone, so you do without meds altogether.

Dr. Ratino, and his staff, have been an absolute joke. Uncaring, unprofessional, impossible to reach. Would not recommend to anyone. His PA is incredibly rude, she does not care about the patients she sees and it shows. Please, please, please do not go to this office. It is a waste of time and money. There are much better doctors, staff, PAs, medical assistants out there. You could not do any worse than this office.

I cant believe how unprofessional this office is. To get results you have to continually follow up as they do not finish calling in prescriptions after the appointment. They just move on to the next patient.
