My wait was not long for starters. Dr. Randell's assistant was quick and thorough taking all necessary info for Dr. Randell. He was quick to listen. I have been to a few doctors and nobody could figure out what was wrong except Dr. Randell. I trust him thoroughly. He is patient and kind as does what's best. Love him.

Dr. Timothy Randell have a very good professional bedside matter when he greets you for the first time his have a welcoming smile. He informs you of your injury and discuss your care of treatment. I will recommend Dr. Randell's to others.

Let’s start from walking into the facility. Immediately greeted by a good morning. Receptionists signed me in and records updated. Short 5 minute wait. In exam room for about 9 minutes, assistant updated meds and concerns. Dr Randell entered within 3 minutes. Examined my leg/knee/foot, made suggestions. Since my consultation my walking has improved. Great staff, Great doctor, blessed to have them in Alexandria area.
