Dr Randell is amazing. He is compassionated and caring. I am very thankful he was able to see me on such a short notice. I have been knowing Dr Randell for many years and work as a nurse and would not trust anyone else with my ortho needs.

I have had several visits with Dr. Randell since my total knee replacement and I have been very pleased with the care I have received from him and his staff. He has a great bed side manner and his level of expertise is beyond amazing. Keep doing what you’re doing! May God continue to bless you.

Dr. Randell is a great doctor. He explains everything without being rushed. He listens. I would recommend him to anyone that need his services. In fact, I have recommended friends and family to him. I recommended my primary care doctor to him. He told me his experience was a 10 out of 10. He had a total knee replacement.

The front desk staff was welcoming and courteous. The wait after check in was normal, about 15-20 minutes. The nurse and nurse practitioner were friendly and answered all of my questions without hesitation. I wish they would introduce themselves. I had to ask their names. U did not see Dr. Randall for this first post operative visit. There was no explanation why.

I saw James for my pre-op appt. He answered concerns and questions I had regarding my upcoming TKR. I asked to have a steroid injection in my Left knee but said I couldn’t and noted to give one at surgery. I am have severe pain in the right knee accompanied by pain in lower back and thigh. He indicated pain was probably from the sciatic never pain is persistent.
