Dr. Timothee Trevevant Wilkin, DO

Tim Wilkin has been my primary care doctor off and on for 12 plus years. In fairness there have been good and very bad experiences through the years but recent experiences have now caused me to stop seeing him and see another primary care doctor and I suggest you do the same. I find his office staff to be chaotic and inept, the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing, they say they will do something and it does not happen, pharmacy faxes them forms to fill out and they don't send the forms back, they refer you to a specialist but after two weeks you call the specialist and they never go a referral, etc. Worst part is he does not seem to fully grasp the issues and take responsibility for any of it, rather assuming and blaming the issues on his patients without being willing to listen to the full story. They ran me out of meds after two weeks trying to get prescription filled after I spent countless hours on phone, then Dr Wilkins basically blamed me and did not even… want to hear the whole story, that is where I drew the line. There is arrogance, unwilling to listen to patient, unwilling to admit staff issues. Walk away.

He's a great doctor!

Extremely unsatisfied. Rounds early morning and doesn't communicate with family. Only communicates with people at bedside. Has forgotten he works for the patient and their family's.
