Dr. Timothy J Adams

After my cleaning, I was laying down in the chair talking to Dr. Addams. he walked out of the room while I thaught I was having a conversation with him. I was telling him before they ask if you wanted xrays he shuold give the customer all background info to make an informed decision. Its like knowing when you order a burger if it comes with mustard or mayo. Knida important to know for making a good decision for myself. Important info he left out when asking if I wanted xrays. If he or the dental hygenest would have given me the info before they asked if I wanted xrays, my awnser may have been diffrent. He may need to get used to people not just taking his word for it.Some explantion may be needed.The dental hygenest was NOT gentle at all. The only time in 55 years I had to stop a hygenest and tell her she was rough and the cleaning was getting to be painfull. She was young and didnt have much experance. Dr Addams didnt like the questions I was asking so he walked away. Rude! I called… back before writing this to give him a chance to talk to me about the experance I had. He did not care enough to talk to me. He knew I was unhappy when I left. A five minute phone conversation could have straightened this out.I have beed going to him for many years.He must not care about loyalty, I really thaught he was a better person than what he has showed me. Thus the review. If you are a sheep and never ask questions then Dr.Addams is the dentist for you. You will get along great! If you ask questions you may not like talking to an empy room, because he will not be in it.

Dr. Timothy Adams is highly skilled at getting my mouth numb for dental care. For me this is vital as I am anxious with dental care. Darlene is excellent in her care and all the staff are professional. Maize Family Dentistry has always been able to give me an appointment quickly and worked with me and my schedule. I have never had any problems with billing. When I leave they even offer fresh fruit to facilitate healthy gums. The office and equipment is state of the art, clean as can be and is easy for all west Wichita patients to find. Parking lot has adequate space and close to their front door.
