Dr. Timothy Edward Bell, DO

Worst and most arrogant narcissistic doc I've ever known and I've known 100's in my career. He sucked me in like a spider to his web, got me hooked on dope then got really nasty which progressed as I protested. His worthless NP who I knew already and was worthless as a nurse IMO so a worthless NP particularly because she handed out narcotics in her area while Bell ran a Suboxone program on the other running up the bill as much has he could for tests not needed. He doesn't take insurance now I assume because no company will tolerate his abuse. He shouldn't have a licence!! Why does he still!!!!?? DO NOT TOUCH THIS TURKEY! GO ELSEWHERE. Maybe he'll go away. Zimbabwe is hiring, Bell. He may not have funds for the ticket. Don't waste any time or money. Get gone ASAP!! He might be good making fries on the night shift but I wouldn't eat them. His office moves about like a stray dog might going from dumpster to trash pit . I will despise him forever. He caused me problems and didn't seem to… care. I let him touch me.....yuckkkk. I was so sick and he wanted $ money.

I am a nurse and have known Dr. Bell professionally for 9 years. He became my physician this year, when my doctor retired. His experience and expertise are the reasons for my choosing him. His practice now allows for more time with his patients, spending less time on insurance paperwork. I was in a car wreck, leaving me unable to walk or ride in a car. To be able to develop the best treatment plan, Dr. Bell made a house call. Yes, A HOUSE CALL!! He is caring and compassionate. He will take care of your medical needs in the best way to meet your goals.

He is an amazing doctor! He takes time with his patients and is very understanding and kind!

Mr. Bell does not deserve the title doctor in my honest opinion. He was prescribing me something for pain that is actually used for people who are withdrawing from drugs. An ER doctor asked me why I was on the medicine and I explained my doctor prescribed it for pain due to my chronic pancreatitis and he informed me its is not for pain. So I think Mr Bell is running a money scheme.

I like him nice guy realy smart and fair i would recommend him

No follow up, very condescending, couldn't even get a returned phone call... Very disappointing Dr. Bell.

Since I'm on TNcare Dr. bell was chosen for me by tn care & you have to stay with chosen doctor for 6mos before you can change to a different doctor .. this is the only reason I kept going back to him because theres some medicine I can't go without.. I don't care for Dr. Bell ,I don't care for his staff, they are rude,unorganized & unprepared. The office isn't clean & very cluttered . They try to push Dr. Bell's own vitamins & supplements at every appointment .I only seen him at my 1 st appointment & was told I would see him at every appt (this was important to me because I didn't want to explain my situation to several different people) but I never saw him again , as a matter of fact I saw a different NP every time I went ! I have since been able to change doctors & would not recommend Dr. bell to anyone.. the only reason I gave 1 start for anything is because you have to mark something!

Absolutely disorganized and downright disrespectful . Not only am I looking for a new dr now but I am also exploring every Ave I can in which to reprimand these horrible people. I am still sitting here waiting to be seen as I have been for the past 2 hours! Help me out let's get this place shut down

I have been seeing Dr Bell for 9 years and when I first started going there I was in bad shape and I mean real bad shape. Matter of fact I had a hard time just walking but now I can walk and do yard work and live life like it is suppose to be lived. He takes the time to make sure my blood work is up to date and is thorough in his exams. He sent me to a gastrointestinal doctor which I believe might have saved my life they removed polyps from me which had cancer cells on them so thank you Dr Bell. He also sent me to a cardiologist because of chest pain and thank God it turned out good. Most doctors that I have been to never refer you to specilist but he will just to make sure you are Alright and for an older guy like me its good to know my health is being looked after. And thank you Dr Bell for the almost 40 lbs of weight I have lost since becoming a patient. Like I said 9 years ago I was in misery with pain and could hardly walk I would just lay in bed and ready to die Now days I feel… so much better and can live life like a normal person. And another thing I am diabetic and my last doctor I had put me on so much medication I stayed ill all the time, I was taking like 14 pills a day for blood pressure cholesterol diabetes and pain and now I only take maybe 6 a day so again I am thankful. Yes its true some times you have to wait but its worth it. He has helped me to stop smoking and I have lost weight and I'm living now and before I was ready for death can not say thank you enough. If you want a thorough doctor I recommend Dr Bell he is a caring doctor who I believe honestly cares about his patients. I have read some bad reviews about him on this sight but I believe its from drug seekers who didn't get what they wanted and believe me if that's why you go to a doctor and did not get what you wanted maybe you should try rehab! Dr Bell is the best family physician I believe in Roane county. Lastly I will say I always make an appointment with just Dr Bell and not the new Doctor but like anyone being a male I happen to just like male doctors better and I feel more secure having them do my physicals I just do not feel comfortable with a female Dr doing that but yeah that's just how I am.
