Dr. Timothy Allan Benich

Our family has been going here for about 15 years now. Unfortunately customers are simply becoming a number to them apparently. I have a busy schedule like most consumers do. My appointment was at 9 am this morning. I called on my way there and said due to traffic I will be there at 9:08 am today (which they said was fine) and I was there at that exact time. After being there 18 minutes they said they only have a 15 minute late window. I reminded them I had called on the way there and I was only 8 minutes late. After sitting there for 26 minutes today in their office they finally tell me they can not see me today and they wouldn't be able to see me for two more days and naturally I can't do my appointment on that day either. What a total joke. Obviously they don't think even long time customers are of value to them. Pretty sad.

I’ve had now 2 experiences of horrible customer service with this office. This summer they called the day of an appointment to see if I would come in early because they had a cancellation, I could not so they canceled my 2:00 appointment because the “dentist and hygienist” didn’t want to wait around for my appointment (the last of the day). This last time I called to say I would be 9 minutes late. I was told to come ahead, I arrived at 12:39 to be told they would get me in at 1:30 or 2:00, but I had to wait incase they could see me earlier. No problem, I accepted that because, I was 9 minutes late…then an hour later (after waiting all this time) they call me to tell me, we can’t see you now, but we’ll see you tomorrow instead. Time to find a new and better dental office.

Paid cash for a new denture that is not quality. Dr Timothy Benich said they used the the strongest acrylic made. I agreed to have a new one made. Dr kept talking about his years of expertise and the important people he worked on such as former President Jimmy Carter and other states people. My final denture is so thin. You can see through several areas and frail looking and while it does not hurt it is not all that comfortable. Per doctor it is strong and if it breaks return to him. It takes at least two weeks to adjust and to sleep in it. My friend is not happy either she felt he was rude and did not want to listen to her problem. He told her it would take 30 days for her to adjust to her new dentures. I am trying to see how to best take it up with him without him getting upset and refusing to correct our issues. While being nice and an expert he should make his patients happy with his experience so they will have a good experience. Unless this is resolved in a fine manner he will… mot see me again nor will I recommend someone else. I will call the state board of Demistry to check my options. Phyllis Spell

They are so friendly and knowledgable. We, as a family, have been going there for over 20 years!!! Highly recommend them.

Have had several fillings done, but a few had fallen out within a few days of being put in. Was blamed for them falling out. Got a second opinion and several of the fillings were done subpar and already had decay around them. Fillings that were done always hurt for a few days after, but was told this was normal. Always suggests expensive treatment. Heard several of the practice hygienists talking badly about the Dentist behind his back. Never a good sign.

I was charged a lot of money for a simple dental cleaning, they rushed me to do x-rays without checking my insurance coverage, and after was done they told me I had to pay it out of pocket. I paid $60 for oral evaluation, $85 of a debridement that wasn't necessary, and also $100 for the x-rays, total of $245 for a dental cleaning! insurance covered only $45. Will never go back there and do not recommend because they omitted information to make money on the x-rays.

I have used Dentists from Al,FL,GA this is the best Dentist I have ever had in my 38 years

The dental work was bad in looks and does not feel comfortable. The charge was high, with that amount of money, you will be able to receive way better service and dental work

I was in a quandary about denture versus implants on upper. Need neither as Dr. Benich removed # 6 tooth and modified my partial. He also adjusted my lower partial. He gave me great advice on future cleanings.
