Timothy Allen Blackner, MD

After having very good experiences over the years with effective care, I needed to schedule an appointment when my regular Doctor was unavailable. During the appointment, Doctor Blackner listened appropriately to my concerns and seemed to attempt addressing the issue. However, he immediately came to a conclusion regarding the symptoms without taking my medical history and experience into account. Nothing was done to try and solve the issue besides a few possible remedies that didn't work and after blood panels came back, there was no further advice. In addition, there were no medication recommendations, no referrals made, and no follow up requested. In my honest opinion, an RN could have done a better job. While it was not the worst experience I've had with a Doctor hence the 2 stars, I will not be scheduling with Dr. Blackner in the future. Given my minimal team, this creates a deficit in care.
