Dr. Timothy Richard Cook, MD

I gave 5 stars because I love Dr. Cook. As other reviewers commented, I haven't seen Dr. Cook in my last few visits and that's a little disappointing, but I don't have any complaints about the PA that has been seeing me.

Under his care bty have never met him. only nurse. Ask questions never get answers.

I was referred to Dr Cook by my PCM for a sleep study. I was never given the chance to speak with the Dr personally but dealt with his nurse practitioner and that was a bad experience. She was not very friendly, very blunt, and bad attitude. This is why I chose to go back to my PCM and get a different DR to help me with my situation. If this is how DR Cook's nurse treats everyone I'm not sure how he remains in business.

I have known Dr Cook for years and worked with him as a nurse. He is very professional and when my husband had to use him Dr Cook made us feel comfortable and answered all our questions and made sure that we understood everything that was going on

Diagnosis right on the mark. Prompt follow up and the Doctor calls you. How many Doctor call their patients with their findings, treatment and to answer questions. Dr. Cook did. Very Impressed.

Dr Cook is very informed, courteous and considerate. He takes time with you to explain issues, answers questions, gives informed opinion. I always leave feeling good about my self and feel I have made the best choice in obtaining medical help from Dr. Cook. I know he will give me the best medical attention that is available. I feel like a human being not just another patient. He does not just go through the motions. He CARES!.
