Dr Daniel is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had

I have been a patient of Dr. Daniel for several years, both at his current and previous practice. With Dr. Daniel’s care and guidance, my overall health has improved considerably in that time. My A1C is much lower now, and he’s been able to reduce the amount of medication that I need to take. He is an excellent listener. When I have questions, he gives clear, complete answers. His staff is professional, and I’ve never had to wait long to see him for my appointments. I highly recommend Dr. Daniel.

Dr Daniel has treated me for Type II Diabetes For the past 7 years. I cannot say enough positive things about him. If there was a six star rating I would gladly give that to him. He is always available will personally contact you after hours and on weekends. He is a genuine, kind, and caring Physician. He stays abreast of all new technologies and pharmaceutical treatments. People from all around Houston and surrounding area have picked him as their caregiver. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Daniel is the best endocrinologists in the area.

I am unhappy with trying to reach Dr. Daniel or someone on his staff when needed. The numbers I have on hand are answered by an automated system (hate it). For the second time during my follow-up care, I am having difficulty filling the prescription Dr. Daniel prescribed for my treatment. The first medication was denied by the insurance carrier. A notification was sent to me and Dr. Daniel's office stating the same. Dr. Daniel failed to reach out to me to offer another solution to continue my treatment. He finally made contact after my wife pointed out his unconcerned behavior, carelessness, unorganized staff or however you want to label it. Dr. Daniel prescribed a new medication and guaranteed it would be covered by the insurance. Unfortunately, today when I took the prescription to my pharmacy they informed me that a 'PA' needs to come from the doctor. I have tried, unsuccessfully, 10 or more times to reach his office and each time receive a recording asking for my name,… DOB and call back number just to be told my call will be answered by the next business day. At this point I am fed up with his unavailability and will be seeking to find another doctor who is available to treat my condition.
