Dr. Timothy Alan Feger, MD

I went to him during a very very bad asthma flare, they were more interested in doing allergy tests than anything. They did some testing for my asthma but I really don't understand what they did, I Tried to ask them about helping me make an 'action plan' for when I have problems like this and I never got any help at all with that. I don't understand any of my medications any better and when I tried asking questions I got looked at like I saw stupid and should know how it all works. I stopped taking my one medication because I asked him if it was something I should be on forever or if I stop at some point and was told 'ya you can wean off later if you want (thanks so helpful). They talked me into getting allergy shots and then told me the medication was on back order and I would get a call when it was available. I never got any call. 5 months later I started to get billed for the medication and I called to find out what was going on and they tell me it's been sitting in their office for… months, no one bothered to call and tell me. Asked if I still wanted to do it I said no not if its been sitting on the shelf for months I don't even know if it's still good. then they tell me they will tell my insurance I refused it and they won't pay for the allergy shots again. -boggle- Overall a poorly run office. I really didn't get much help from them, other than finding an inhaler that works for me which I suppose is good. I am supposed to go back for another visit though I have no idea why.

I have been a patient of Dr. Feger for several years. As a result of his treatment protocol, my allergy symptoms have virtually disappeared. He takes the time to answer questions and to go over any medications prescribed. The nurse practitioner was very caring and helpful as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Feger to anyone suffering from allergies.

I just had my first appointment with Dr. Feger for allergy testing, and I have to say he and the staff at the office were really great. I didn't even expect to see an actual doctor during this process, but he came in three times to ask preliminary questions, explain my results, and go over my prescriptions. This was in addition to a really nice nurse practitioner and two techs--I felt really looked after and cared about there. The desk staff were also super nice and helpful. Overall, they made what could easily have been an irritating experience (nobody likes being poked and itchy) something much less annoying. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone with allergies.

His treatment of my allergy problems was right on and with minimum medication and processes. I have Sleep Apnea and am free to breathe at sleeing times. Seasonal allergy symtoms have mostly vanished.
