Cancelled on me twice. Wasted PTO on the second cancellation too when he cancelled two hours before I was supposed to see him.

I've known Dr. Fetterman for approximately 20 years. I worked for Southwest Urgicare Strongsville and Brook Park. He's so compassionate, understanding and he takes his time with you. He treats his staff like family and you'd better take care of his patients or he'd have a" talking to Jesus" moment privately. He also took great care of me. I'm a diabetic and have Dysautonomia. I'd sometimes forget to eat and take my insulin during a hectic shift and he'd make sure I ate and had my insulin. It was difficult to work and see a doctor so he took care of me there. He has a way of making you feel like everything will be ok. You can tell he loves being a doctor.

Receptionist hard to get her to understand what I'm talking about she should have some medical language classes to understand patients.

Dr Fetterman and his office staff are the best! My wife and I have been patients of his for over 10 years and could not be happier with the care we have received. Always professional and takes the time to get to know us and our issues. We have referred him to our friends and they all have given him excellent reviews. God Bless you Dr. Fetterman!

i have going yo dr.fetterman for 8 years and i just love him !!!!!! he does spend time with you i never feel rushed !!! He is a womderful person !!!!

I go in for my physical and I get a PAP, when I tell him OB has given me one but he insists that I have one. Never went back.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Ftterman for about 7 years. He has never been less then professional and spends whatever time the patient needs to answer any questions you may have. I could have a Family Dr. less then 5 minutes from home, but I'll gladly drive the 30 minutes to remain with Dr. Fetterman.

Dr. Fetterman is a wonderful physician. My husband has been going to him way back when he had an office on Detroit Road in Cleveland. He cares for his patients. He treats everyone the same with respect.
