Timothy J. Frey, DDS, MS joined Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Associates in 1999.  Dr. Frey grew up in Fort Wayne and attended Homestead High School.  He then attended DePauw University where he played basketball.  He was the valedictorian of his graduating class at Indiana University School of Dentistry.  He then continued his education and completed his residency at The Ohio State University specializing in oral & maxillofacial surgery.
Dr. Frey is a Diplotmate of the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.  He is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery (AAOMS), American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, and several other professional societies.
Throughout his career, Dr. Frey has received many awards and honors.  He has received the Quintessence Publishing Company Award for Clinical Achievement and Restorative Dentistry as well as the Glenn J. Pell Award of the Indiana Society of Oral …& Maxillofacial Surgery.
During his presidency of the Isaac Knapp District Dental Society, Dr. Frey has continually given back to the community by urging members of the society to volunteer their time providing free cancer screenings to area residents.  He hopes to diagnose and treat oral cancer and other pathology in their early stages to help improve the patient's lifespan.  He also works with the Kid's First Clinic to improve the quality of life of children and their families affected by cleft lip and palate and related craniofacial disorders.
Dr. Frey and his wife Terri have seven children.
