Run as fat as you can! Unless you want financial and legal difficulties caused by Gammons staff. Office staff highly incompetent, rude, and lazy. Never return voice mails. Front desk doesn't even know what a "prior Authorization form" is. And was ready to send me away until I said the woman's name. She was playing games with me because it's a very small office, she knows who handles that work and chose to be an unprofessional rude person...obviously lacking any sort of education. And not interested in learning, so it seems. How sad and pathetic. Doctor tried to convince me I have stage 2 kidney disease. I got a 2nd opinion and learned my eGFR rate is over 30 points ABOVE what is considered stage 1. My doctor shook her head when I told her what this gammons doctor told me! And that's Michigan Medicine. They know their stuff. It's a teaching university. Had I signed what the woman wanted me to sign without reading (RED FLAG!) then I would have been committing fraud. And when I… declined, she still acted as though I'm voluntarily missing out on a great deal. I had to walk her through the verbiage to get her to understand. I wonder how many other patients she HAS convinced to commit this sort of fraud?! The facility is dirty. Bathrooms unsanitary and you don't even have soap to wash your hands! Gross! This place is a joke. Go to Michigan Medicine where they do all the same things, except their staff is actually competent and professional.

The check in dude or girl at office is very rude she horrible

Rude and unprofessional office staff. I never see the same doctor or nurse more than once. The office is very dirty especially the bathrooms.

If you really read into the negative comments its about people that do not have insurance and had to pay for the drug screening. Well that is part of the suboxone program. I have been to offices where there only goal is to keep you coming back, never coming up with a plan to get you off, and push you to take more and more. I went from 2/80mg a day to 1/20mg because of me and these doctors. Anyone who has anything bad to say either dropped dirty a bunch of times or mad because they don't have insurance.

He listens and spends time with you if you want to be drug free. He will get you there too. Saved my life. The best for addicts.

Every doctor is caring understanding and very patient. Although I have had an issue on occasion with paperwork going through on time the front desk staff especially at Sterling is amazing I love Tina the medical receptionist she's just fantastic

It wont let me rate anything on this phone, but Dr Gammons has been a godsend to me. He is a good Doctor who knows what he's talking about. He offers free meetings on weekdays and listens and cares when I tell him about my situation. He offers great advice and is very positive. He compliments me and tells me I'm doing good, which is nice to hear and really helps. I would recommend Dr Gammons to anyone that needs help. He's truly been a lifesaver.

Dr Gammons was very imformative and seemed very concerned with helping my son continue with his sobriety. I was in the room with my son the whole time while Dr Gammons talked to him. I asked questions, my son asked questions and we listened to things that he suggest. He was so very imformative, unlike the last doctor that my son went to, That office was very difficult to get an appointment because they were a walk-in-clinic the said. The doctor never explained the medication to my son. plus, they did not except our insurance so my son had t pay $150 for the visit then about another $150 for the medication. (MACOMB MEDICAL) Dr Gammons office seems to be more concerned about the well being of the patient and not the how much cash they can get out of people. Please also remember to only believe a portion of the negative things that are said because people can get mad about things like: the doctor not giving meds to them because of them not complying, etc and they figure they will try to… get back at him by writing something negative. I am thankful for Dr Gammons and his practice because there aren't many addiction medicine doctors to help all the people that need them. Unfortunately there are and were so many doctors that were handing out opiates like they were Tic-Tacs and now there are so many people that are addicted. The people that want to fix their lives have a hard time finding doctors that are in this specialty.Some of them give up and either cotinue on their road of trying to find the drug & further ruining their lives or go on to bigger drugs and they end up dead. PlEASE GIVE THESE DR'S THAT ARE CHOOSING THIS SPECIALTY SOME UNDERSTANDING BECAUSE THEY HAVE TO DEAL WITH ALOT MORE THAN YOU WOULD BELIEVE. HOPEFULLY THEY CAN HELP PUT AN END TO THIS EPIDEMIC OF OVERLY ABUSED PRESCRIPTION DRUGS THAT WERE GIVEN OUT WAY TOO EASILY. GOD BLESS EVERYONE
