Dr. Timothy Hugh Gannon, MD

I had two visits with Dr. Gannon. The waiting time to see him was lengthy. When I got into a room for examination, there was more waiting. I looked up and there was dead bugs in the light fixture on the ceiling. It made me very uncomfortable. Also watch your billing. I paid all my copays. You cannot be seen by the doctor unless you pay those. I got a bill stating I had not paid the copay. I had to call Medicare to resolve the issue. I did not owe the amount. When I called to cancel the next appointment, (billing is a separate department), I was told thAt I had never been seen. Next they said for some reason my account was tied to another patient and they apologized. So I won’t return to this office for the following reasons: cleanliness, inept staffing and accounts and billing errors!

Excellent physician. Makes you feel so comfortable, and takes a lot of time with his patients.
