He is professional as well as cordial and mostly proficient.

He took care of my diabetic ulcer. It had become infected and was going up the leg. Amputation was necessary. We talked it over and it was done.

Very good doc! I trust his opinion. I know that he will be honest and straightforward with me and I like that.

Somewhat on the cocky side but very good at what he does. He cleaned out my coratid artery and was very concerned about how I was doing. Did some time in the middle east taking care of our soldier boys. Have a great amount of respect for him

I think he is wonderful. A very skilled surgeon and a caring person. He is very thorough and is an expert in his field.

I have never experienced someone as condescending as this man. He is clearly very concerned about being worshipped as the greatest surgeon to ever walk the earth. I felt he had absolutely no interest in helping me, he was only interested in doing "big stuff" across the street at the hospital as he insinuated to me. I will see someone who is not a narcissist for my care, thank you.

In my search for an M.D. of Dr. Gavin's caliber, I had consulted with three M.D.'s, of whom were referrals, prior to consulting with Dr. Gavin. Upon meeting with Dr. Gavin, my decision was final as I chose to place my trust in his care and expertise. I was finally at peace in discovering this gifted man. Upon learning of his experience, I am truly amazed with the scope of his talent. I have found my experience with Dr. Gavin to be only that of true appreciation for his expertise. He may not be a "slave" to your emotional desire or as "sensitive" as your need may be. If you're looking for sensitive, go see a therapist. If you're seeking a Doctor who is more than competent in his field, but rather excellent and truly amazing, he's your man. What a shame to taint this man's reputation due to a lack of meeting what your degree of sensitivity may be. Throughout my care with him, I have found him to be nothing but that of caring in his treatment for me as his patient, most assuredly… not "rude". I will extend my emphatically positive opinion of this Doctor to submit that his expertise will do the "talking". To use the word "nasty" in a review I had read in association with Dr. Gavin is most inappropriate. He's all good.
