Dr. Timothy John Gensler, MD

Dr. Gensler is a first-rate physician who I have known as a patient since 2017. I recommend him without reservation. First, Gensler is very smart, though of course the same could be said for many doctors. What sets him apart are a number of other attributes. For instance, he has great clinical judgment and will look at your case with fresh eyes. He is also exceptionally devoted and diligent (it’s clear he’s put work into knowing your chart/situation before the appointment). And he is a great listener. Finally, he is humble, open-minded, compassionate, and personable. Auto-immune disease can be very difficult to diagnose and treat so having the benefit of a physician with this collection of traits and abilities is invaluable.

No idea what this doctor is like. I've called multiple times to make an appointment. The receptionist transfers you to Chris "the new patient coordinator" who never answers or bothers to call you back when you leave a message.

I have been seeing Dr. Gensler for several years. He has always been great. He is very thorough with my care and listens to my concerns. His nurse Stephanie is also terrific. Would recommend to all.

I have gone to this clinic since 2006. The staff have always been kind and professional to me. Dr. Gensler is a great doctor as a matter of fact I don't know where I be without his care. The other doctors had just given up on me and said well, we just don't know whats wrong with you. I had RA and because my blood work was acceptionally low he suggested that I go back and follow -up with the hematologist and ask them to do a more through work up and they found out I also had Multiple Myeloma. Yes , he does care about the well being of his patients. He's has an old school bedside doctor patient manner. And that's very hard to find these days.

I truly appreciate him taking the time to listen to my problems and concerns and being so efficient. Him and his assistant Stephanie are great!!!!

Doctor Gensler and his staff have always shown great concern about any problems that I may have. I travel to see him from Grand Junction, CO every 3-4 months. He never seems to try and "hurry" through my appointment and has a very pleasant personality,

I had not been diagnosed with anything and my GP did not know what was wrong with me. I suffered w/ chronic fatigue and pain in my hands. Dr. Gensler listened to all of my complaints and seemed very concerned with my condition. He did a complete work-up of me with blood tests. I was eventually diagnosed w/ RA and have felt so much better on the medications. His office staff was incredibly polite and respectful. I think Dr. Gensler is just great.

All the doctors I've seen at this clinic (Denver Arthritis Clinic) treat their patients as nothing more than charts and a diagnosis; they do not take an interest in their patients as people. If they spend more than 5 minutes with you, you're lucky.
