The receptionist Holly and the manager refused to see my child

Don't listen to his patirnt when they tell him somethings wrong and want remove objects that he placed in during a surgery when the time come for removal with payment up front which the removal should be included with the surgical procedure. Will never use him again not recommend him to anyone

I'm not the only person in my family that has used Dr. Grayson. I am disturbed by people's reviews because they judge the nurse on a one-time basis. She may seem that way, but she really is a caring and big-hearted nurse. I've seen her in action. I'm a quadriplegic (paralyzed from the chest down) and my other family member, an uncle, had bladder cancer. Both of us received good care. I have no complaints. Those of you who do should consider how important and real it is handling with people when there's all kinds of things going on. Show some mercy on his nurse. I felt that way at first because she's so serious, but I guarantee you if she slammed the door or closed the door in your face, it wasn't done on purpose. She has to act fast. There's patients dying that depend on her to get all the answers, get everything approved, be there to help Dr. Grayson, and she even has to make decisions sometimes that affect her in some way. And, if you think a Dr. is talking to you like a… child, it means he doesn't want you to mess up your body anymore than what may already be done and to me, that's the kind of doctor I recommend. Another thing is that if it weren't for him and Dr. Quinof a few years back, I would have had to start dialysis but they found out what was causing me to be going through acute renal failure. They give you their number to call them and that should tell you something also because that's really hard to find. What I also like about him is he doesn't take an crap from ER doctors that call to ask how to do things they should already do and if a nurse or anyone makes a patient go without because they don't have prior approval or something, like I was made to wait to get something for a bad bladder or kidney infection and they told me I needed to have tests done or something another and he went on to go ahead and prescribe me something when he found out instead of me waiting for a few more days. Sometimes you need to give people more time before you talk about them like you know them and make them look bad.

I had the displeasure of being a Patient of Dr Grayson as he was on call and I had no choice. I have gone to great lengths to warn future potential patients. Be wanrned.

I was able to get in by the next day after my husband called to make an appointment. It did take some time before I was actually seen; however I did have several sheets to fill out and insurance information to give the office staff. I have a medical background and understood everything he had to tell me. He was quick, to the point and got in and out. I imagine some folks would have thought he was going too fast. For me I was fine...but again I have medical background so his quickness did not bother me at all. My case was not a big deal either. Kidney stone and how quick it would hopefully be over....

I found Dr. Grayson to be rude. After fussing with me for not coming in sooner and telling me I was damaging my kidney(Had Stones) He waited 2 weeks before scheduling me for removal of the stone, After one week I was no longer in any pain at all. I informed him of this. He decided to do the surgery without doing an x-ray. After the surgery I was informed I had already passed the stone. I had no insurance and this procedure cost me several thousand dollars. I asked him why he didn't do an x-ray first and He said"I would have if you had asked me to" Due to my work schedule I tried to talk with him one time by phone concerning my follow up. Never got back to me...No follow up.

Staff at his location very, very rude. Receptionist argues with almost every patient that comes to window. Another patient complained she had been waiting 2 hours and receptionist told her to be quite or leave the office and reschedule for another time. Nurse is inconsiderate. She will call your name and as you walk towards back she will let door close on you and proceed to walk away like your supposed to already know what room your gonna be seen in. She then puts you in a room, states Dr will be in a few minutes and slams door shut. Almost 1 hour later Dr comes in acting like you have been her only 2 minutes. He talks down on you like your either a child or should already know what is wrong with you and what all medical terms mean. If the hospital had not referred me and he wasn't the only Urologist in town that they refer to, I would definitely not have chosen him.

As long as you agree with him okay..but no way is he open to the latest diagnostic procedures to avoid unnecessary biopsies. With little or no evidence to support the need he immediately recommends a TRUS biospy. It took 10days to get my PSA results and he does them in his office. No one called to tell me it was over the limit. I had to call the office to get the results and then set up a appointment. The first thing he said when he met with me was "We called you in because your PSA is a little high" ( 0.20 over the limit) Then he said "it is time for a biospy". I don't think so.....I would not recommend him. I had no problem with the front office staff, they were very nice and courteous.

I've never seen a practice run so badly they are all rude and do not care how you feel or what you have went through. I would never recommend him to anyone

I find Dr. Grayson to be very professional and concerned about his patients. You could not find a better urologist anywhere. I sing his praises and recommend him highly. Keep up the good work Dr. Grayson.
