Do not do this to yourself. Do not trust him. He is a one trick pony and did not do what was needed for me. I asked for a simple neck lift and my neck is far worse than before. You may be lucky but he ruined me. Don't take a chance. I'm devastated at how I look. Far worse than before. Grossly large lines where I never had lines before. I have before and after pics proving this. People who know me all tell me what a horrid job he did.. Please know that the pics he does in office do not tell the full story.

Dr. Greco is exceptional and a true artist. I had reservations about the rhinoplasty and have put off coming in for years. I wish I never would have waited. The entire experience from consultation, to surgery, to the recovery have all exceeded my expectations and confirmed I had nothing to fear. I am the happiest I have ever been with my face.

I had a fibrous node removed from my nose and the skin smoothed using laser resurfacing. Dr. Greco and his staff made the whole experience as easy as possible and it lead to great results! They were very clear with instructions, expectations, and followed up with me frequently after the procedure to check in. Everyone was professional and friendly and I felt confident the whole time I was in great hands.

Dr. Greco was very personable and gained my trust immediately. I had a rhinoplasty before so I was hesitant about going through the surgery and recovery process all over again. Dr. Greco put my mind at ease and was always there for me when I needed him or had any questions.

The staff of nurses and technicians gave a detailed pre operation briefing and answered all questions. I had an issue with anesthesia during a previous surgery. They called the hospital and found the name of the drug. They assured me that their anesthesiologist would not use this. Dr. Greco gave me a visual presentation showing the expected results of the planned surgery which helped with my decision. After surgery, I had a post op office exam and Dr. Greco called me the following days all to make sure there were no problems. He is very caring of his patients. I am very pleased with the results of my surgery and would recommend Dr. Greco and his staff to anyone wanting to improve their facial appearance. In addition to his surgical skills, Dr. Greco is a nice person.

Dr. Greco is very thorough and detail oriented. This provides an outstanding natural result. Years of experience combined with artistry, and attention to every detail, that is the perfect combination. I would highly recommend Dr. Greco to anyone considering a facial rejuvenation procedure.

Dr. Greco explained everything very clearly in order to make me feel comfortable with my decision to have surgery. After surgery he visited me that night at my hotel room. He called every day to check and give further directions, post-op. Many follow up appointments were scheduled at the office. He is extremely knowledgable in his field. I would recommend him to anyone deciding to have plastic surgery. I am extremely happy with my results.

I originally came to Dr. Greco after seeing him on tv. I was definitely nervous about the ideal of someone altering my face, but after a few minutes I realize that he really cares. He goes above and beyond to make sure that you feel comfortable and are happy with your results. Originally, I got an upper eyelid lift it took years off my eyes. After two years of playing with the fat under my chin I knew who I needed to see despite the fact that I live on the West Coast now. I have never had a Dr call me 3 days in a row over a weekend following surgery (chin tuck) just to check in on me. When I didn't answer he even called my daughter to make sure I was okay. He is the best!! Can't say enough about him and his staff. Thanks to Dr. Greco I like looking in the mirror again. He took at least 10 years off my over 50 face!
