Dr. Timothy Bruce Grossman, MD

I went into the ER with a kidney stone. Dr. Grossman was the physician on call. I was to get into his office immediately the following day as he felt it needed emergency attention. I called, and he was on vacation. I got in with an urologist in Butte, and was taken care of. I found a great urologist. I would never suggest anyone to go to Grossman.

Needed acute attention from urologist and Dr Grossman’s office could do no better than an appointment three weeks out. Helena is in dire need of a good urology specialist! Luckily I was able to get care quickly out of town by an excellent doctor and good hospital. This reflects so poorly on St Peters medical care!

My husband is an established patient with Dr. Grossman and has had 26 kidney stones in the last 33 years. He is currently having problems that show he has another possible stone. Rhonda, the receptionist was not willing to give my husband an appointment to see the Doctor, nor were they willing to do a simple x-ray to see if there is an active stone. The only help he was offered was to go to the ER, or his primary doctor. Why should my husband go to the ER when he is established with Dr. Grossman? I cannot even give a one star rating for the way he was treated by Rhonda and nursing staff. I am happy to report that we will no longer be seeing Dr. Grossman and was able to get an appointment with another urologist that was able to get him an appointment in a timely fashion and will now continue his care. I would like to add that Dr. Grossman has only a three star rating. Maybe this is the reason!!
