Dr. Timothy Linn Harvey, MD

Worst Psychiatrist you will ever meet. Bedside manner is brutal. He's arrogant, accusatory, dismissive and treats his patients as if they have no credibility. Avoid him like the plague.

I was a patient of Dr. Harvey's while he worked at Alaska Psychiatric Institute. In short, I cannot recommend him as a psychiatrist. I am still traumatized by how he treated me and the other patients. He displayed an arrogance that horrified and still horrifies me. The girl in the next room died of a heart attack while I was there. I felt and feel that he overprescribes medications and doesn't take warnings of heart damage seriously. I hope that he eventually becomes a changed man (for the better).

Dr Harvey is a grumpy, bitter man who does not uphold the responsibilities of the facility he works for. In addition, he is not easy to work with, and is very often rude to referring facilities and their staff.
