Long wait so could have been faster but care was fine. I felt better after treatment.

Although going to the hospital for an illness is not fun, we had a wonderful experience thanks to the care provided. Bedside manner was fantastic. He kept me and my family apprised of everything that was going on and we felt well taken care of.

For bedside manner, the scoring does'nt go low enough. How about a - 5 stars?

Henke, can't bear to refer to him as a dr. is a first class loser. Bedside manner? He has no idea what that means by his performance in the Western Ridge GSH emergency room. On Oct. 24,2011 he dx. an emergency room patient with Leukemia. Just walked in her holding area and announced her WBC was 90,000 and she had Leukemia. Told her they would be sending her to Jewish Hospital and walked out. Never saw him again except after a few more hours when he stuck his head in between the curtain and said"The ambulance will be here sometime to get you".He's been reported to the State Medical Board of Ohio,Public Inquiries. I know he won't even be anything said to him about his poor manner, but it made me feel just a bit better, that I did something in memorial to the patient.
