Dr. Timothy L R Holekamp, MD

This Dr. is the real deal. He has granted my wife her eyesight several times as she is blind in one eye and has serious problems in the other. Very through and doesn't put his income in front of his patient needs. There was one occasion when she was sent to another place and immediately they wanted to operate! We couldn't get back to Dr. Holekamp fast enough. Do you want a real expert see him!!

Dr. Holekamp is extremely professional and caring. He took me on an emergency basis. I had hypertensive retinopathy. Dr. Holekamp did an very thorough workup, explained everything very clearly, outlined my options, and made a recommendation. This was my first of many visits for treatment and follow up. I gradually became aware of how many patients Dr. Holekamp sees. He sees a lot of people and yes his office is busy with longer than average waiting times, but I've never seen any one sitting in his waiting room while he talks to a pharmacologic salesman or chats with his nurse. I have seen him reschedule an afternoon just so he can get to an emergency patient though. Over my many appointments I came to realize that Dr. Holekamp was putting his patients first in order of need not ability to pay. Dr. Holekamp is not a ' chit chatter', but if you have a serious vision problem, I would recommend him very very highly.

I have seen Dr. Holekamp on other occasions and have always liked him as a person. As a physician, he is very thorough and found a problem with my retina no one else had discovered. His explanation was clear and concise. Treatment was quick and professional. Followup was a pleasure. I have consulted with him on other items and trust his experience and professionalism.
