My wife was going to Dr. Holloway and his staff told my wife that her hospitalization insurance would cover her procedure of removing a pimple on her tongue, He did the 15 minute procedure and afterwards sent her a bill for roughly $500 because they messed up and could not accept our insurance. I would never recommend going to this dentist because, while they could have been honest in saying this procedure would not be covered under our insurance network they did the procedure without clearing the insurance first. This lead to the large bill, instead of the no charge we were assured. While this was a mistake on their part they were not willing to cooperate in any way and became extremely rude towards us when trying to resolve the situation. They ultimately threatened to go to a collection agency after my wife had been told that the insurance will not cover it and that we were forced to pay this outrageous fee. Before going to this care provider please do your research with your… insurance provider because they clearly do not care if your insurance is in there network
